It’s likely that you and your friend are in different Game Worlds. Each Game World is a separate version of the game running in parallel. Your friend can find their Game World number on the loading screen or by visiting the Settings page while logged into the game.

You can permanently delete your game account and all associated data by following these steps:
- Open the Football Club Manager app on your mobile device.
- Sign into the account you wish to delete.
- Go to the Settings screen.
- Scroll to the Personal Data section.
- Tap the Delete Account button and confirm.
Please note: This is a permanent action. All game progress, including any purchases, will be lost and cannot be recovered.
